 In my holidays i sat at home in my bed watching netflix and did jobs i did not have much fun in the holidays expect when i went out but i didn't go out much because my parents were busy it was so boring and pointless and all my friend where doing stuff over the holidays so they got to have heaps of fun and well i got to do the dishes so much fun. 

Anyway i did go out on saturday i went to the park but i didn't have much fun because there was only little kid stuff but i did get to take care of a little kid while i was there for my mum's friend that was ok and i almost finished a whole series on netflix but my brother keeps annoying me it was along holidays of doing nothing but its better then not doing anything at all .

My dad couldn't do much because got surgery on his back  so he has to rest but that's ok because we got a kitten so thats my holidays i hope everyone had better holidays then i did.

i want to do an experiment that we where going to do but there was no time i want to make sherbet i'm so excited to do it so here is some information on it

ingredients

• 1 tsp citric acid
• 2 tbsp icing sugar
• 3 tbsp jelly crystals (any flavour you like)
• 1 tsp baking soda

method

i think it would make the sherbet because  its acid like because it is made up of these things above and taste good

1) friands. its a small cake made from egg whites and crush almonds it was a little hard to make because the mixture had to be exact and ours turned out ok some of them did not turn out but some did so that was good


2) scones .so we made then and they turned out pretty good and we had sweet and savory it wasn't to hard to make but there were some issues but over all they turned ok good they tasted good so


3) cupcake. the cupcakes did not turn out good because they sank in the middle it tasted fine but they did not look that tasty

over all i think it was ok i think i worked well in my group because our things turned out eatable so thats good most people work well but sometimes they didn't and that was hard but other then that it was fine

Coffee Candles.

Materials:

3 Tablespoons of rice.

3 Tablespoons of coffee beans.

Tealight candle

Small glass jar.

Food coloring ( optional )

Add the rice into the jar evenly.

Add the coffee beans on top of the rice with small indent the size of the candle.

Put the candle in the small indent.

Decorate the jar if you want to.

Coloring rice (optional)

Add 3 tablespoons of rice into a snaplock bag with 3 drops of food coloring. Mix around until all the rice is covered. Leave colored rice on a tray to dry over 24 - 48 hours.

In textiles we are making paper first we

Tear scrap paper into small pieces.

Soak the scrap paper bits in warm water.
Make a frame.
Make a slurry of paper pulp.
Dip the pan frame into the tub and allow it to fill with paper fibers.
Holding the pan level, lift it out of the tub.
Place the frame pan, paper-side down, onto a clean, dry towel.

In sewing we are making cards we are making four I have done three and they have turned out pretty good so how I made them I cut up some paper found some things I like added them to the cards but before I did anything we drawed I put them designs on to the card and styled it so now I have some cards that have the design on them I but I still need them to finish one of them for my friend the designs are simple but they look quite cool so here are some pictures
