reflections practical outcomes trem 1



friands - egg whites as a raising agent

scones - measurement

cupcakes -measurement  issues




1) friands. its a small cake made from egg whites and crush almonds it was a little hard to make because the mixture had to be exact and ours turned out ok some of them did not turn out but some did so that was good


2) scones .so we made then and they turned out pretty good and we had sweet and savory it wasn't to hard to make but there were some issues but over all they turned ok good they tasted good so


3) cupcake. the cupcakes did not turn out good because they sank in the middle it tasted fine but they did not look that tasty

over all i think it was ok i think i worked well in my group because our things turned out eatable so thats good most people work well but sometimes they didn't and that was hard but other then that it was fine
